Postech Protective Relay Testing Device – LP 5000

LP5000 is a testing equipment manufactured to give assistance in terms of not only electric safety and preventive learning to an engineering researcher and technician who studies electricity but also checking the Facilities Standard Regulations and performance of an installed electric leakage circuit breaker since it installs an electric leakage circuit breaker to prevent an electric shock accident caused by a leakage current in a distribution line path less than AC 600V, damage of an electrical mechanical instrument caused by a short circuit and actually apply a phenomenon that can be happened based on various instances.

1.      A power supply testing by the case using ELB and a functionary testing of the ELB features in compliance with the connecting method can be implemented.

2.      Through the connecting method of load and the connection instance upon mixed mounting of MCCB, technical know-how that needs in an industrial site can be acquired.

·         Use testing of 3P ELB on a 3-phase 3-lines type circuit

·         Testing of common use earth on ELB-installed circuit and non-installed circuit

·         Testing of ELB and ELCB sensing current

·         Testing of under voltage and overvoltage relay

-Non-Tripping measurement of the circuit breaker at less than 1/2(50%) of the rated blocking current
